Discover the essential steps for entering various Event Markers.
Event Markers are indicators used to determine a specific moment in time during an Event. A baseball game can have 1st, 2nd, 3rd, + inning. The 24/7 Mode can have 1st shift, 2nd shift, and 3rd shift. This is important for the setup process because you can capture at what period an incident occurs.
If you have IMS (Add-ons), Conversations, L&F, CheckPoint, and CMMS, you will need to set up Event Markers.
Setup a new Event Markers
From the Homepage, click the then click Setup. There you will find the Setup Menu. Click Event Markers to enter into the Event Markers setup.
The Event Marker Grid is a place where you can view and manage your Event Markers.
Click the to add a new Event Marker
The Add Event Marker Page gives you the ability to add a new Event Marker.
- To add an Event Marker, click the Add button.
- Fill in the Event Marker Name.
- Provide a Description of the purpose of the Event Marker.
- Select a Facility.
- Select Event Mode or 24/7 Mode.
- Select the Event Type.
- Click Save.
Additional Commands and Features
Once back at the Grid, the Actions button allows you to Edit or Delete an entry.
The Command bar allows you to Search, Filter, Mass Delete, and Add.
Search
The Search button allows you to search by your own unique inquiries.
Filter
The Filter button allows you to filter by Facility or Event Type.
- To Filter by Facility, click on the Filter button. A new window will appear.
- Click on the box next to the Status you want. A checkmark ☑ will appear.
- Click Apply to save your filter settings.
- To Filter by Event Type click on the Filter button. A new window will appear.
- Click on the box next to the Feature you want. A checkmark ☑ will appear.
- Click Apply to save your filter settings.
Mass Delete
The Mass Delete button allows you to mass delete all entries.
- To Mass Delete, click the box left of the word Actions. This will enable you to select all the entries.
- Click the Delete button on the Command Bar.
- A window will appear on the screen confirming you want to delete all records. Click Delete.
