Facility
Departments are divisions within the facility. They are an essential part of the setup process because they respond to Incidents, Requests, Tasks, and more.
Locations are general areas within the Facility. They are a crucial part of the setup process because they allow you to report where the Incident, Request, Tasks, and more have taken place.
Sections are smaller areas within the locations of a facility. This is important to the setup because you can pinpoint areas within the facility where Incidents, Activities, Tasks, and Requests can take place.
Types
The Activity Types are types of activities that are happening at your facility. Activity Types can be deliveries, shift changes, meetings, and more. This is an integral part of the setup process because you can understand what is taking place at your facility.
The Document Types are the different types of files that you may upload into the 24/7 Software Platform. For example, you can create Document Types such as police reports, guides, procedures, certificates, and invoices. This is important for part of the system because now you can include vital documents that may have to be used repeatedly.
Event Types are different types of events hosted at your facility. Examples of events are Football, Baseball, Festivals, and Trade Shows. This is a necessary part of the setup process because it helps you to classify Event Types that take place at your facility.
The Notepad Type helps to classify the different types of notes you can enter into the system. Notepad Types can include General Notes, Weather Conditions, and Witness Statements. This is important to the setup process because you can classify the notes you put in the system.
Reporting Lists
Event Markers are indicators used to determine a specific moment in time during an Event. A baseball game can have 1st, 2nd, 3rd, + inning. The 24/7 Mode can have 1st shift, 2nd shift, and 3rd shift. This is important for the setup process because you can capture at what period an incident occurs.
Priorities define the urgency and importance of a record. You can set priority levels based on the facility's needs. This is important in the setup process because specific Activities need to be rated higher than others.
Reported via allows you to enter ways you would like to report an Activity. This is important for the setup process because you can report how each Activity is reported in.
Categories
Event Categories are similar events happening at your facility. The setup is necessary because the information is used in the Event Details. This is especially important if you are using the Platform for Event Mode.
Form Layouts
